THIS MONTH'S TIP
It's What's Up Front That Counts
When you brush your front teeth, be sure to hold your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle and touch the bristles to where your teeth and gums meet. Move the brush in a gentle back and forth motion to remove the plaque from the surface of your teeth. Do the same for the upper and lower front teeth.
To clean inside your front teeth, tilt the brush straight up and down and use short up and down strokes to clean away the plaque. Again, do the same for both upper and lower teeth. Keeping those front teeth healthy is important. Those are the ones that cut and tear your food, so the other teeth can grind it down. They're also the ones we see when the photographer says "SMILE!"
